About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales / Solution Advisor Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in technology, customer engagement, and sales. You will gain hands-on experience in recommending technology solutions and supporting customers with their business and residential IT needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying the right technology solutions.
• Promote and explain products and services, including Internet, Security Alarm Systems, CCTV Cameras, Smart Home Solutions, and TV Services.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on inquiries.
• Collaborate with the technical and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in technology and sales.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
