About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to grow our presence in the USA market. This role requires working in USA time zones, interacting with international clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the USA market
- Conduct outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with USA based clients
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Comfortable working in night shift (USA hours)
- Experience dealing with international clients is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
