About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to grow our presence in the USA market. This role requires working in USA time zones, interacting with international clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the USA market
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with USA based clients
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
  • Comfortable working in night shift (USA hours)
  • Experience dealing with international clients is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
